WHEN THREATS RISE, FAITH STANDS: THE POWER OF OBEDIENCE.

There are moments in life when fear tries to take center stage—when words spoken in anger or pain shake the very foundation of a family. Recently, my family faced such a moment. A message filled with threats came from someone close to us, someone hurting deeply and acting out of that pain. It would have been easy to respond with panic, anger, or retaliation. Instead, my father chose a different path: he told us to pray. At first, that response felt almost too simple for something so serious. But in prayer, something powerful happened—clarity replaced confusion, and fear gave way to faith. I was reminded of the story of Elijah. When threatened by Jezebel, Elijah ran—not out of defeat, but as part of his journey of obedience. In the wilderness, God did not abandon him. Instead, He provided water from a brook, food in a time of lack, and direction when Elijah needed it most. Even when danger surrounded him, Elijah’s safety was not in his own strength but in his alignment with God’s ...

A CHRISTIAN WITHOUT THE WORD IS UNARMED

Image
There is a silent danger growing in the body of Christ today— believers who are present in church, but absent in the Word. They attend on Sunday, listen to one verse from the preacher, feel encouraged for a moment… and then step into a full week of life— unarmed . Because no matter how sincere you are, a Christian without the Word is a Christian without a weapon. THE PATTERN IN SCRIPTURE: WORD BEFORE WAR The people who stood firm in the Bible were not accidentally strong—they were Word-rooted . David before Goliath didn’t just carry a sling; he carried conviction: “I come to you in the name of the Lord…” (1 Samuel 17:45) He wasn’t quoting a verse word-for-word, but his confidence flowed from truth already planted within him . Jesus in the wilderness faced direct temptation and responded with: “It is written…” (Matthew 4:4,7,10) Not emotion. Not debate. The Word. Even in His final moments on the cross, Jesus spoke from Scripture: “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” (Psalm 22:1...

WHEN GOD ROLLS THE STONE: FROM JACOB’S WELL TO THE EMPTY TOMB

Image
By Molly Nzomo, There is something about stones in Scripture. They seal. They block. They imprison. They silence. But every time God is about to release life, He moves the stone. From a dusty well in Genesis… To a grieving sister’s tomb in Bethany… To the sealed grave outside Jerusalem… The pattern is undeniable. The Stone at the Well — A Love Story Begins Genesis 29 introduces us to a well covered by a large stone. Shepherds waited until everyone gathered before rolling it away. It was heavy. It was immovable. It was tradition. Then Jacob arrives. He sees Rachel. And something happens. Without waiting. Without assistance. Without delay. Jacob rolls the stone away by himself and waters her sheep. This was not just strength. This was love in action. The stone that blocked water — the source of life — was removed because a bride was present. Water flowed. A covenant began. A love story unfolded. But this was more than romance. It was prophecy. The Stone at the Tomb — A Friend Restored Ce...

LESSONS FROM THE EPSTEIN FILE SCANDAL.

Christians can draw sobering but important spiritual lessons from the Epstein files—not to fuel fear or obsession, but to sharpen discernment, holiness, and courage in a fallen world. 1. Evil Can Hide Behind Power and Respectability Epstein moved among politicians, academics, royalty, and business elites. To the world, he looked “important.” Scripture reminds us: “Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.” (2 Corinthians 11:14) Lesson: Christians must not equate wealth, fame, or influence with righteousness. Titles and status do not equal moral authority. 2. Sin Thrives in Secrecy The abuse continued for years because it was hidden, silenced, or ignored. “People loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.” (John 3:19) Lesson: God calls believers to live transparently and to bring darkness into the light , especially where the vulnerable are harmed. 3. The Powerful Are Not Above God’s Judgment Human justice may fail, delay, or be corrupted—but God’s jus...

WHEN GOD COMES DOWN HIMSELF: WHEN NO ONE ELSE CAN RESCUE YOU

There are moments in life when your strength is not enough. Your prayers feel weak. Your friends fail you. Even the people you trusted to stand in the gap are nowhere to be found. And in those moments, heaven whispers a truth many believers forget: Some problems you cannot get out of by yourself. Some battles require God to come down Himself. Not through a pastor. Not through a friend. Not through a relative. But God in human form, stepping into your situation personally , because there is no one available, willing, or spiritually positioned to be u WHEN GOD LOOKS FOR A PERSON — AND FINDS NO ONE Throughout Scripture, God always looks for vessels. But sometimes He looks… and finds no one . In Isaiah 59:16 it says: “He saw that there was no one, He was appalled that there was no one to intervene; so His own arm worked salvation for Him.” When no one can help, when nobody is spiritually sensitive enough to obey God, when those around you are too blind, too jealous...

FINDING GRACE IN A BROKEN WORLD

Image
In Genesis 6, the world was filled with wickedness. Violence, corruption, and rebellion against God had spread across the earth. Yet in the middle of such darkness, one man stood out: “But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.” (Genesis 6:8) That single verse carries a powerful truth for us today. We, too, are living in times where wickedness abounds. There is war and bloodshed across nations. There is violence even within homes. Poverty and starvation affect countless families. Many feel helpless in the flood of evil and suffering around us. But just as Noah found grace, we can also seek God’s grace for our lives. Grace is more than just unmerited favor — it is God’s divine covering, His protection, His provision, and His peace. Grace lifted Noah and his family above the floodwaters, and grace can lift us above the floods of this life. When the world shakes, God’s grace can keep us standing. When there is lack, His grace can provide food and shelter. When fear overwhelms us, ...

ISAIAH 43: GOD’S ASSURANCE IN THE FACE OF THE RAPTURE

Image
When we seek God with sincere hearts, He always responds. You asked Him about the rapture, and He pointed you to Isaiah 43 —a chapter filled with comfort, promises, and reminders of His covenant love. Let us walk through the message hidden in this chapter. 1. GOD KNOWS US BY NAME "But now, this is what the Lord says—he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine." (Isaiah 43:1 NIV) Before the trumpet sounds, before the gathering of the saints, God reminds His people: “You are mine.” This verse is not just reassurance—it is identity. The rapture is not for strangers but for those He knows by name. If we belong to Him, fear is replaced with hope. 2. HIS PRESENCE IN THE FIRE AND WATERS "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will ...

THE HOLY SPIRIT: YOUR DIVINE SECURITY AND PROVIDER

Image
The Bible says, “Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.” This truth carries a weight that we often overlook. Think for a moment about what it means when a president walks into a building or home. He never walks in alone—he is surrounded by top-notch security 24/7. His every need is met. He doesn’t worry about what to eat, drink, where to sleep, or even which hospital to go to. Everything is provided and protected because of who he is and the authority he carries. Now pause and think: how much more when the Holy Spirit, the very Spirit of God—the Creator of the universe—dwells in you? If earthly leaders are accompanied by legions of guards, then surely, you as a child of God walk with the fullness of heaven’s backing. You are not alone. You do not need to live in fear, worry, or uncertainty. The Holy Spirit is your Counselor, Protector, Provider, and ever-present Help. So, do not worry. Do not fear. Rest in the assurance that the One who spoke galaxies into existence calls you...

VALLEY SHONE: WHEN DRY BONES COME TO LIFE

Image
Ezekiel 37:1–14 tells the story of a vision God gave to the prophet Ezekiel. In this vision, he saw a valley full of dry bones —lifeless, scattered, hopeless. God then asked Ezekiel, “Can these bones live?” And the prophet wisely responded, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.” 🦴 DRY BONES ARE PEOPLE WITHOUT GOD These dry bones are more than a picture of physical death. They represent human beings without God —spiritually dead. A person may be breathing, walking, working—but without the Spirit of God, they are like dry bones: no life, no power, no purpose. This is how many souls are today . Some are surrounded by religion but still dry inside. Some are chasing success but spiritually starved. Dry bones . 🗣️ THE WORD OF GOD IS THE BREATH OF LIFE God told Ezekiel to prophesy to the bones . As he did, the bones began to come together , flesh appeared , and then breath entered them —and they stood up as a vast army . That breath represents the Word and Spirit of God . The s...

THE RAINBOW: GOD'S BOW OF MERCY AND SPIRITUAL RESTORATION

Image
The rainbow is more than a beautiful arc in the sky—it is a divine sign , a spiritual message , and a prophetic picture of God's mercy and restoration . In Genesis 9, after the flood, God placed His bow in the clouds: “I have set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.” — Genesis 9:13 The word used for “bow” is the same word used for a war bow . It’s as if God said, “I’m hanging up My weapon.” But pay close attention to the direction the bow faces—it curves upward , toward heaven. 🔥 What Does That Mean? It means that God is no longer aiming His judgment at mankind. The arrows of wrath —which justice demanded—are no longer fired toward humanity . Instead, those arrows now point heavenward , and at the cross of Christ. That’s where mercy triumphed over judgment . Jesus absorbed every arrow. He took the curse. He became the sacrifice. Seven Colors, Seven Spirits The rainbow has seven colors . This is no coincidence. ...

THE MIND AND THE MOUNTAIN: BATTLEGROUNDS OF THE SPIRIT.

“Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” — James 4:7 “Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.” — Matthew 4:1 🧠 The Devil Is in the Thought We often imagine the devil as a shadowy being hiding in dark places. But the Holy Spirit whispered something deeper: The real battleground is the mind. Just as God speaks in our hearts, the devil whispers in our thoughts. When Jesus fasted for 40 days, He wasn’t just enduring hunger. He was separating voices. That wilderness was not only a desert of sand—it was a mountain of testing within His soul. And He emerged victorious, not by shouting down Satan, but by discerning and resisting every lie. 🌄 The Mountain of Separation The wilderness was Jesus’ climb up a mountain of separation—where all distractions were stripped away and only truth remained . In that quiet, He could clearly hear: The Father’s voice The enemy’s suggestion And choose to o...

WHEN THE FAITHFUL BECOME LIFELINES

Image
A Cry for Holiness, the Burden of Destiny, and the Power of Love in a Time of Grace “I have commanded a widow there to provide for you.” —1 Kings 17:9 “To whom much is given, much will be required.” —Luke 12:48 “But the greatest of these is love.” —1 Corinthians 13:13  Chosen for More Than Survival When God chooses someone, it is never just for their benefit — it is for others . Elijah was not spared from the drought because he was special. He was spared because he was faithful . And because he remained righteous, God trusted him enough to send him into the next miracle: to a widow and her son , who were on the brink of death. Perhaps the widow had cried out to God, asking for one last miracle. Perhaps her son carried a future God wasn’t willing to let die. So Heaven responded… not with rain or manna, but with a man . Faithful people become answers to other people’s prayers . When you remain in right standing with God, He will position you — not only for provisio...

WHEN THE SOIL SHIFTS: KINGS, PHARAOHS, AND THE DANGER OF AN UNTENDED HEART

Image
“Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts…” — Hebrews 3:15 There’s a parable Jesus told that cuts deep into the spiritual condition of every soul: the Parable of the Sower. It’s a story of soil —not just about who hears the Word, but how their heart receives it . But the Lord showed me something deeper. Soil can change . Some start as good soil and become thorny. Others harden over time. Even kings, prophets, and rulers—those who saw God’s power—fell, not because they weren’t chosen, but because they stopped tending their hearts. Let’s take a walk through the garden of Scripture and see what happens when soil shifts. 👑 King Saul – From Good Soil to Demonic Ground Saul began with a humble heart. He was anointed, prophesied, and chosen by God (1 Samuel 10:1–11). His soil was soft—at first. But fear crept in. Pride followed. Disobedience hardened his heart. When God stopped answering him, Saul turned to witchcraft—seeking a word from a medium instead of t...

MINISTERING TO THE SOIL: HARVEST STRATEGY FROM HEAVEN

Image
“A farmer went out to sow his seed…” — Matthew 13:3 Jesus told us a parable that holds more than just agricultural truth—it reveals the condition of hearts and the strategy of Heaven. As I reflected on the Parable of the Sower, the Holy Spirit began to show me that this is not just a story about what kind of person you are —it’s a divine strategy for ministry . A prophetic call to understand how to labor with Jesus in His harvest. There are four types of soil—and the Lord has shown me how we can minister to each one. 1. The Path – Open Their Eyes “When anyone hears the word… and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches it away.” — Matthew 13:19 These are the people whose spiritual eyes are blind and ears are deaf. The Word goes out, but understanding doesn’t land. Like Saul before his encounter with Jesus, they are in darkness—bound by deaf and dumb spirits that block revelation. But there is hope. Just like Ananias laid hands on Saul and scales fell from hi...

FRUIT THAT REMAINS: THE HARVEST OF THE SPIRIT IN A BROKEN WORLD

Image
We were once lost, tangled in sin and shadows — but then we were found. The Shepherd called our name, and we began to follow. Not just to walk, but to climb. Our journey didn’t end at salvation. It began there. We ascended the mountain through prayer, fasting, and the Word — step by step, battle by battle. We endured storms. Faced temptations. Passed through fire. God, in His mercy, hid us in ark-like isolation — like Noah — not to punish us, but to preserve us for purpose . In that hidden place, something new began to take root. Then came the mountain peak. We met God in the transfiguring place — like Moses on Sinai, Elijah in the cave, or the disciples in the Upper Room. We were filled with His Spirit — not partially, but with the fullness of the Sevenfold Spirit of God (Isaiah 11:2–3). He placed gifts in our hands, fire on our lips, and a commission in our hearts: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…” — Matthew 28:19 “Preach the gospel to every creature.” — Ma...

🌍✨ "LIGHTS IN THE DARKNESS" — A DREAM FROM GOD AND A CALL TO SHINE

Image
By Molly Last night, I had a dream—a divine revelation that lit something inside my soul. I saw the globe, suspended in the vastness of space, shrouded in the stillness of night. As I looked, the earth wasn’t completely dark. Tiny lights sparkled all across the continents—some faint, some bright, like street lamps or stars scattered across the land. I asked the Lord, “What am I seeing?” And He answered me gently, “These are the ones who have accepted Jesus. They are the light of the world.” In that moment, I felt the weight of heaven’s heart. When God looks upon the earth, He sees darkness and light. Not borders, not skyscrapers, not the noise of nations—but hearts. Lit or unlit. Burning or cold. Awakened or lost. Jesus said, "You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden." — Matthew 5:14 (ESV) Every believer is a lamp. A living flame lit by the fire of God’s Spirit. When we walk in His ways, we shine. When we love, we shine. When we testi...

SOW THE SEED, MULTIPLY THE SEED THE KINGDOM: A Call from Luke 19:12

Image
“He said therefore, ‘A nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom and then return.’” —Luke 19:12 (ESV) At first glance, this verse may appear to be a simple setup for a parable. But woven into its few words is a profound call—a call to every believer who’s been entrusted with something eternal: the Word of God. In the parable that follows, Jesus does far more than tell a story. He unveils a Kingdom assignment, a heavenly commission for those who wait for His return. The Nobleman and the Far Country: A Picture of Jesus The nobleman in the story is a representation of Jesus. Before the events of His crucifixion and ascension, Jesus spoke this parable to reveal the unfolding of divine history. He was preparing to "go into a far country"—to ascend into heaven, where He would be crowned King (see Acts 1:9-11, Hebrews 1:3). But He would not stay gone forever. He would return. Like the nobleman, Jesus would entrust His servants with a responsibility d...

WHEN YOU CANT CLIMB: FINDING GOD IN THE VALLEY.

Image
By molly. Some are dancing on the mountaintop. Some are climbing—scarred but rising, step by step. But maybe you… you’re in the valley. Not the poetic valley—the real one. The one where prayers go unanswered. The one where loss lingers longer than it should. The one where you’re angry at God… or just don’t feel Him at all anymore. And if that’s where you are, please hear this: You are not alone. The valley is not a punishment. It’s not proof of failure. It’s not a detour from the journey—it’s part of it. David, the man after God’s heart, wrote “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil...” (Psalm 23:4). But do you know what he said just one chapter before? “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” (Psalm 22:1) Even Jesus echoed those same words on the cross. So if you're feeling forgotten, forsaken, frustrated—that cry doesn’t disqualify you. It aligns you with the saints. With the Son. God is in the Valley Elijah sat ...

AFTER THE MOUNTAIN: WILL YOU FINISH WELL OR FALL SHORT?

“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders… and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus…” – Hebrews 12:1–2 (NIV) THE MOUNTAIN ISN’T THE END There are moments in our spiritual journey when we feel heaven open—when God speaks clearly, powerfully, and personally. The “mountain” moments. Divine encounters. Upper Room experiences. But let us remember: the mountain is not the finish line—it’s the launching point . It’s not about what we see up there ; it’s about how we live down here . Will we come down carrying the glory? Or will we fall into the very traps God warned us about? MANY TOUCHED GLORY… BUT FELL NOAH: FROM FAVOR TO FOLLY Genesis 9:20–25 Noah, a righteous man saved from the flood, lost focus after his greatest victory. Drunkenness led to dishonor, and a generational curse followed. Don’t let relief turn into recklessness. Victory without vigilance leads...

FROM THE VALLEY TO THE PEAK: WALKING WITH JESUS THROUGH TRIALS, TEMPTATIONS, AND TRANSFORMATION

Image
By molly Climbing the Spiritual Mountain: Part 2 — The Walk with Jesus Before the Upper Room “Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will make you fishers of men.” — Matthew 4:19 Before the Upper Room ever echoed with prayer and power, the disciples had already been climbing. Their journey began the moment they heard Jesus call them to follow—and it demanded everything. They walked away from comfort, careers, and certainty. But their climb wasn’t without resistance. The Cost of Following Many were called. But few kept climbing. A rich young ruler came with a desire to follow Jesus. But when Jesus told him to sell all he had and give to the poor, “he went away sorrowful” (Matthew 19:21–22). He wanted Jesus—but not enough to sacrifice. Another said, “Lord, I will follow you, but first let me go and bury my father.” But Jesus replied, “Let the dead bury their own dead” (Luke 9:59–60). The call required leaving even family behind. Following Jesus meant placing the Kingdom above ever...
